Common use of Additional Users Clause in Contracts

Additional Users. In the event Customer allows Customer Affiliates or Business Third Parties to use or access the Software, such use shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. Customer accepts full responsibility for the acts or omissions of Customer Affiliates or Business Third Parties as it relates to use or access to the Software, and Customer shall indemnify GREENLIGHT against losses or damages suffered by GREENLIGHT from third party claims arising from any use of the Software in violation of this Agreement by Customer Affiliates or Business Third Parties.

In the event Customer allows Customer Affiliates or Business Third Parties to use or access the Software, Software and or Content Pack(s) such use shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. , and Customer accepts full responsibility for the acts or omissions of Customer Affiliates or Business Third Parties as it relates to use or access to the SoftwareParties, and such parties shall not be a direct competitor of ALERT, and Customer shall indemnify GREENLIGHT ALERT against losses or damages suffered by GREENLIGHT from third party claims ALERT arising from any use misuse of the Software in violation of this Agreement and or Content Pack(s) by Customer Affiliates or Business Third Parties.
