Additional Users. The number of Users included in the baseline Fees shown in the Quote determines the initial invoice amount. If Subscriber wants to add additional users beyond the total included in the baseline Fees (“Additional Users”), Subscriber may purchase additional subscriptions in blocks of users and for the price specified in the Quote. Additionally, OneLogin will periodically assess whether Additional Users exist, and, if found, OneLogin will invoice Subscriber for the number of Additional Users. Fees for Additional Users will be prorated based on the time remaining until the expiration of the Term or the then-current Renewal Term, as applicable, so that all users renew on the same date.
Additional Users. Additional Users may be purchased by signing an Order Form and unless otherwise specified in the relevant Order Form, the Subscription Term of additional Users shall be coterminous with the Subscription Term in effect at the time the additional Users are added.

This Agreement extends to the benefit of the providers of Third-Party Services. You may be required to accept additional terms of service before using any Third-Party Services. Your use of Third- Party Services is at your own risk. We take no responsibility for performance of Third-Party Services. Your correspondence or dealings with any advertiser or other third party promoted through the Services or any website or other media associated with the Services are solely between you and that party. We are not responsible or liable for any loss or damage incurred as the result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such advertisers on our website. You are also responsible for payment of fees or charges levied by any third party (including your Internet provider or mobile network carrier) in connection with the Services. No Warranties. The laws of certain jurisdictions, including Quebec, do not allow the exclusion or limitation of legal warranties or limitations of representations made concerning goods or services. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the below exclusions or limitations may not apply to you. Additional Users. User subscriptions are for designated Users and cannot be shared or used by more than one User but may be reassigned to new Users replacing former Users who no longer require ongoing use of the Service. Unless otherwise specified in the relevant Order Form, the term of the additional User subscriptions shall be coterminous with the expiration of the subscription term in effect at the time the additional Users are added
Additional Users. ANZ will provide the Merchant with a username and the Additional User a one time passcode via SMS to the registered mobile number for the Additional User. The Merchant must obtain a separate username for each Additional User. If you are an Additional User, you agree not to share your username, PIN, password or one time passcode with any person other than the Merchant, including any other Additional User.
Additional Users. Additional Users will only be given limited access to ANZ FastPay. The Merchant can cancel the access of their Additional Users by calling ANZ on 1800 039 025 or using any method advised by ANZ from time to time. ANZ may require written confirmation. The Merchant must ensure that all their Additional Users strictly comply with these App Terms and Conditions (excluding those that, by their nature, apply only in relation to the Merchant).
Additional Users. Additional users can be added in blocks of 5 users to the subscription fee during the initial term and subsequent renewal periods. The fee for additional users remains in force until the end of the 12-month initial term or subsequent 12 months renewal term. Only at the annual renewal date can additional users be reduced back down. Fees for additional users are payable monthly in accordance with 20.2. At the renewal date, unless we are notified by you thirty (30) days prior to the renewal date, the additional users will be included in the subscription license fees and payable as per 20.2.
