Additional Undertakings and Agreements Clause Samples
The 'Additional Undertakings and Agreements' clause sets out further promises or obligations that the parties agree to fulfill beyond the main terms of the contract. This may include requirements such as providing certain information, maintaining insurance, or complying with specific regulations during the contract term. By detailing these extra commitments, the clause ensures that both parties are clear on their ongoing responsibilities, helping to prevent misunderstandings and supporting the smooth execution of the agreement.
