Common use of Additional Titled Agents Clause in Contracts

Additional Titled Agents. Except for rights and powers, if any, expressly reserved under this Agreement to any bookrunner, arranger or to any titled agent named on the cover page of this Agreement, other than Agent (collectively, the “Additional Titled Agents”), no Additional Titled Agent, in such capacity, has any rights, powers, liabilities, duties or responsibilities hereunder or under any of the other Loan Documents. Without limiting the foregoing, no Additional Titled Agent shall have nor be deemed to have a fiduciary relationship with any ▇▇▇▇▇▇. At any time that any Lender serving (or whose Affiliate is serving) as an Additional Titled Agent shall have transferred to any other Person (other than any Affiliates) all of its interests in the Advances and in the Revolving Loan Commitments, such Person shall be deemed to have concurrently resigned as such Additional Titled Agent.

Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on any Additional Titled Agent in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking action hereunder.
