ADDITIONAL THIRD PARTY TERMS. The following terms apply in addition to the Agreement: Adobe® PDF When working with the Adobe® PDF software, Customer may embed copies of the font software into Customer’s electronic documents for the purpose of printing, viewing and editing the document. If the font software that Customer is embedding is identified as “licensed for editable embedding” on Adobe’s website at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/type/browser/legal/embeddingeula.html, Customer may also embed copies of that font software for the additional purpose of editing Customer’s electronic documents. No other embedding rights are implied or permitted under this license. Adobe is either a registered trademark or a trademark of Adobe Systems Incorporated in the United States and other countries.
