Common use of ADDITIONAL TAX INFORMATION Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL TAX INFORMATION. The Subscriber shall also promptly provide such information, documentation or certification as may be requested by the Custodial Trustee to determine whether withholding may be required with respect to the Subscriber’s Shares in the Fund or in connection with tax filings in any jurisdiction in which or through which the Fund invests, including any information or certification required for the Fund or its subsidiaries (or any other entity in which the Fund directly or indirectly invests) to comply with any tax return or information filing requirements or to obtain a reduced rate of, or exemption from, any applicable tax, whether pursuant to the laws of such jurisdiction or an applicable tax treaty. Such information may include, without limitation, information regarding the ultimate beneficial owners of the Subscriber. The Subscriber hereby acknowledges and agrees that the Custodial Trustee may provide any such information, documentation or certifications to any applicable tax authority.
