Common use of Additional Support Service Clause in Contracts

Additional Support Service. During the term of this Agreement, CHI will provide such additional training and technical support services with respect to the Products in the United States of America as Distributor shall reasonably request at CHI’s then current prices for such services. CHI’s prices for such additional training and technical support services shall be no higher than the prices then currently charged by CHI to any of its other customers for comparable services. During the term of this Agreement, CHI shall maintain and provide to Distributor a dedicated customer service telephone number that may be used by Distributor to access clinical and technical support regarding the Products.
