Additional Subordination. From time to time at the request of Landlord, Tenant covenants and agrees to execute and deliver within ten (10) days following the date of written request from Landlord, documents evidencing the priority or subordination of this Lease with respect to any ground lease or underlying lease or the lien of any mortgage or deed of trust in connection with the Premises. Any and all such documents shall be in such form as is reasonably acceptable to the Lender(s). Any subordination agreement so requested by Landlord shall provide for Tenant to attorn to the Successor and shall further provide that Tenant shall not be disturbed in its possession of the Premises or in the enjoyment of its rights pursuant to this Lease so long as Tenant is not in default after all applicable notice and cure periods with respect to its obligations pursuant to the Lease. Any such Subordination, Non-disturbance and Attornment Agreement shall be recorded in the official records of the office of the County Recorder in the County in which the Premises is located. Upon full execution of this Lease, Landlord shall make a commercially reasonable effort to secure and deliver to Tenant a non disturbance agreement from Landlord's Lender according to the terms of this Section 23.b.
