Common use of Additional Stockholders Clause in Contracts

Additional Stockholders. In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company to any Person, the Company may permit such Person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to all of the rights and obligations of a "Stockholder" under this Agreement by obtaining the consent of the holders of a majority of the Common Stockholder Shares and an executed counterpart signature page to this Agreement, and, upon such execution, such Person shall for all purposes be a "Stockholder" party to this Agreement.

Additional Stockholders. In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company to any PersonCompany, the Company may permit such Person person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to obtain all of the rights and obligations of a "“Stockholder" ” under this Agreement by obtaining the consent of the holders of a majority of the Common Stockholder Shares and an executed counterpart signature page to this Agreement, and, upon such execution, such Person person shall for all purposes be a "“Stockholder" ” party to this Agreement.

Additional Stockholders. In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company to any Person, the Company may permit such Person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to all of the rights and obligations of a "Stockholder" under this Agreement by obtaining the consent of the holders of a majority of the Common Stockholder Shares and an executed counterpart signature page joinder to this Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and, upon such execution, such Person shall for all purposes be a "Stockholder" party to this Agreement.

In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company to any PersonCompany, the Company Company, with the consent of the holders of a majority of the Registrable Securities, may permit such Person person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to all of the rights and obligations of a "Stockholder" holder of any particular category of Registrable Securities under this Agreement by obtaining the consent of the holders of a majority of the Common Stockholder Shares and an executed counterpart signature page to this Agreement, and, upon such execution, such Person person shall for all purposes be a "Stockholder" holder of such category of Registrable Securities and party to this Agreement.

Additional Stockholders. In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company to any Person, the Company Company, with the consent of the Investor Majority, may permit such Person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to all of the rights and obligations of a "“Stockholder" ” under this Agreement by obtaining the consent of the holders of a majority of the Common Stockholder Shares and an executed counterpart signature page joinder to this Agreement, a form of which is attached hereto as Exhibit A and, upon such execution, such Person shall for all purposes be a "“Stockholder" ” party to this Agreement.

Additional Stockholders. In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company Warrants to any Person, the Company may may, without the consent of any Holder, permit such Person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to all of the rights and obligations of a "Stockholder" Holder under this Agreement by obtaining the consent of the holders of a majority of the Common Stockholder Shares and an executed counterpart signature page to this Agreement, and, upon such execution, such Person shall for all purposes be a "Stockholder" party “Holder of Registrable Securities” under this Agreement with respect to this Agreementsuch equity securities.

Additional Stockholders. In connection with the issuance of any additional equity securities of the Company to any PersonCompany, the Company Company, only with the consent of the holders of a majority of the Investor Registrable Securities, may permit such Person to become a party to this Agreement and succeed to receive all of the rights and obligations of a "Stockholder" holder of any particular category of Registrable Securities under this Agreement by obtaining the consent of the holders of a majority of the Common Stockholder Shares and an executed counterpart signature page to this Agreement, and, upon such execution, such Person shall for all purposes be a "Stockholder" holder of such category of Registrable Securities and party to this Agreement.
