Additional Software Provided Clause Samples

The "Additional Software Provided" clause defines the terms under which any extra software, beyond the main deliverables, is supplied to the customer. This clause typically outlines whether such software is included at no extra cost, subject to separate licensing, or provided as a courtesy, and may specify any limitations or support obligations related to this additional software. Additional Software Provided. Morgan Stanley is not providing you with any additional software in order to use the Services. The terms in this Schedule (consisting of Parts A, B, C, D and E) will apply if the Client trades exchange-traded derivatives with or through Morgan Stanley. Any capitalised term used in this Schedule and not otherwise defined shall have the meaning given to it in the Agreement.
Additional Software Provided. We are not providing You with any additional software in order to use the Services.

  • Additional Software Should any additional Software licenses be purchased during the Term: (a) In the case of Permanent Licenses, the maintenance Fees will be pro-rated till the Expiry Date and these licenses will be added to the Supported Software. (b) In the case of Subscription Licenses, the license Fees will be pro-rated till the Expiry Date and these licenses will be added to the Supported Software. (c) In the case of Monthly Licenses, the licenses will be subject to their own support and maintenance agreement. (d) The Customer may request that support of certain bundles of licenses be subject to their separate support and maintenance agreements, in which case the expiry dates of these agreements may not coincide.

  • Third Party Software The Software may contain third party software which requires notices and/or additional terms and conditions. Such required Third Party Software notices and/or additional terms and conditions are located at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇-third-party/ (or a successor website thereto) and are made a part of and incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

  • Software Warranty We warrant that the Tyler Software will perform without Defects during the term of this Agreement. If the Tyler Software does not perform as warranted, we will use all reasonable efforts, consistent with industry standards, to cure the Defect in accordance with the maintenance and support process set forth in Section C(9), below, the SLA and our then current Support Call Process.

  • Software Transfer You may permanently transfer all of your rights under this ▇▇▇▇, provided you retain no copies, you transfer all of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including all component parts, the media and printed materials, any upgrades, this ▇▇▇▇, and, if applicable, the Certificate of Authenticity), and the recipient agrees to the terms of this ▇▇▇▇. If the SOFTWARE PRODUCT is an upgrade, any transfer must include all prior versions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

  • Software Updates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by ▇▇▇▇▇ governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.
