Additional Software Provided Clause Samples

The "Additional Software Provided" clause defines the terms under which any extra software, beyond the main deliverables, is supplied to the customer. This clause typically outlines whether such software is included at no extra cost, subject to separate licensing, or provided as a courtesy, and may specify any limitations or support obligations related to this additional software. Its core function is to clarify the rights and responsibilities of both parties regarding supplementary software, thereby preventing misunderstandings about what is included in the agreement and under what conditions.
