Common use of Additional Shares to be Included Clause in Contracts

Additional Shares to be Included. The registration statement filed pursuant to the request of the Initiating Holders may, subject to the provisions of Section 2.5 below, include (a) other securities of the Company (the "Additional Shares") which are held by officers or directors of the Company or which are held by Persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Company, are entitled to include their securities with the Holders referred to in Section 2.1 above (collectively, the "Other Shareholders"), and (b) securities of the Company being sold for the account of the Company (the "Company Shares").

Additional Shares to be Included. The registration statement filed pursuant to the request of the Initiating Holders may, subject to the provisions of Section 2.5 below, include (a) other securities of the Company (the "Additional Shares") which are held by officers or directors of the Company or which are held by Persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Company, are entitled to include their securities with the Holders referred to in Section 2.1 above (collectively, the "Other Shareholders")above, and (b) securities of the Company being sold for the account of the Company (the "Company Shares").

The registration statement filed pursuant to the request of the Initiating Holders may, subject to the provisions of Section 2.5 Sections 3.4 below, include (a) other securities of the Company (the "“Additional Shares"”) which are held by (i) officers or directors of the Company or which are held by Persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Company, are entitled to include their securities in any such registration or (ii) other persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Holders referred Company, are entitled to include their securities in Section 2.1 above any such registration (collectively, the "“Other Shareholders"Stockholders”), and (b) securities of the Company being sold for the account of the Company (the "Company Shares")Company.

The registration statement filed pursuant to the request of the Initiating Holders may, subject to the provisions of Section 2.5 2.4 below, include (a) other securities of the Company (the "Additional Shares") which are held by (i) officers or directors of the Company or which are held by Persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Company, are entitled to include their securities in any such registration or (ii) other persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Holders referred Company, are entitled to include their securities in Section 2.1 above any such registration (collectively, the "Other ShareholdersStockholders"), and (b) securities of the Company being sold for the account of the Company (the "Company Shares")Company.

Additional Shares to be Included. The registration statement filed pursuant to the request of the Initiating Holders may, subject to the provisions of Section 2.5 below, include in addition to Registrable Securities of Holders (a) other securities of the Company (the "Additional Shares") which are held by officers or directors of the Company or which are held by Persons who, who by virtue of agreements with the Company, Company (other than this Agreement) are entitled to include their securities with the Holders referred to in Section 2.1 above (collectively, the "Other ShareholdersStockholders"), and (b) securities of the Company being sold for the account of the Company (the "Company Shares").

Additional Shares to be Included. The registration statement filed pursuant to the request of the Initiating Holders Section 2.1 above may, subject to the provisions of Section 2.5 Sections 2.4 and 3.3 below, include (a) other securities of the Company (the "“Additional Shares"”) which are held by officers or directors of the Company or which are held by other Persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Company, are entitled to include their securities with in any such registration (the Holders referred to in Section 2.1 above (collectively, the "“Other Shareholders"Stockholders”), and (b) securities of the Company being sold for the account of the Company (the "Company Shares")Company.

Additional Shares to be Included. The registration statement filed pursuant to the request of the Initiating Holders may, subject to the provisions of Section 2.5 2.4 below, include (a) other ocher securities of the Company (the "Additional Shares") which are held by (i) officers or directors of the Company or which are held by Persons who, by virtue of agreements with the Company, are entitled to include their securities in any such registration or (ii) other Persons who, by virtue of written agreements with the Holders referred Company, are entitled to include their securities in Section 2.1 above any such registration (collectively, the "Other ShareholdersStockholders"), and (b) securities of the Company being sold for the account of the Company (the "Company Shares")Company.

Additional Shares to be Included. The registration statement filed pursuant to the request of the Initiating Holders may, subject to the provisions of Section 2.5 below, include (a) other securities of the Company (the "Additional Shares") which are held by officers or directors of the Company or which are held by Persons who, who by virtue of agreements with the Company, Company (other than this Agreement) are entitled to include their securities with the Holders referred to in Section 2.1 above (collectively, the "Other ShareholdersStockholders"), and (b) securities of the Company being sold for the account of the Company (the "Company Shares").

Additional Shares to be Included. The registration statement filed pursuant to the request of the Initiating Holders may, subject to the provisions of Section 2.5 3.02(e) below, include (ai) other securities of the Company Corporation (the "Additional Shares") which are held by officers or directors of the Company Corporation or which are held by Persons who, by virtue of agreements with the CompanyCorporation, are entitled to include their securities with the Holders referred to in Section 2.1 above (collectively, the "Other Shareholders")3.02(a) above, and (bii) securities of the Company Corporation being sold for the account of the Company Corporation (the "Company Shares").
