Unauthorized connection definition

Unauthorized connection means the physical connection or physical reconnection of utility service by a person without the authorization or consent of the utility.
Unauthorized connection means any connection installed on water distribution pipe line without the proper sanction of the authority and/or without due payment of required initial charges which can otherwise be regularized;
