Common use of Additional Security Agents Clause in Contracts

Additional Security Agents. (a) The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person to act as a separate Security Agent or as a co-Security Agent jointly with it (i) if it considers that appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Parties or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which the Security Agent deems to be relevant or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company and the Agent of that appointment.

Additional Security Agents. (a) The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person to act as a separate Security Agent trustee or as a co-Security Agent trustee jointly with it (i) if it considers that appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Parties appropriate or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which the Security Agent deems to be relevant or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company Borrower and each of the Agent Agents of that appointment.

Additional Security Agents. (a) The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person to act as a separate Security Agent trustee or as a co-Security Agent trustee jointly with it (i) if it considers that appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Parties or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which the Security Agent deems to be relevant or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company and each of the Agent Agents of that appointment.

(a) The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person to act as a separate Security Agent trustee or as a co-Security Agent trustee jointly with it (i) if it considers that appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Parties or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which the Security Agent deems to be relevant or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company Account Party and to the Facility Agent of that appointment.

(a) The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person to act as a separate Security Agent security agent or as a co-Security Agent security agent jointly with it (i) if it considers that appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Parties or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which the Security Agent deems to be relevant or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company Obligors and each of the Agent Agents of that appointment.

(a) The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person to act as a separate Security Agent agent or as a co-Security Agent agent jointly with it (i) if it considers that appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Parties or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which the Security Agent deems to be relevant or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company Borrower and the Facility Agent of that appointment.

(a) 31.1 The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person to act as a separate Security Agent trustee or as a co-Security Agent co trustee jointly with it (i) if it considers that appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Finance Parties or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which the Security Agent deems to be relevant or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company Parent and the Agent of that appointment.

(a) The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person to act as a separate Security Agent or as a co-Security Agent jointly with it (i) if it considers that appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Finance Parties or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which the Security Agent deems to be relevant or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company Borrower and the Administrative Agent of that appointment.

Additional Security Agents. (a) The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person to act as a separate Security Agent trustee or agent or as a co-Security Agent trustee or co-agent jointly with it (i) if it considers that appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Parties or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which the Security Agent deems to be relevant or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company Borrower and each of the Agent Agents of that appointment.

Additional Security Agents. (a) The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person Person to act as a separate Security Agent or as a co-Security Agent jointly with it subagent (i) if it considers that such appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Parties Parties; or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which that the Security Agent deems to be relevant relevant; or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company Borrower and the Facility Agent of that such appointment.

(a) The Security Agent may at any time appoint (and subsequently remove) any person to act as a separate Security Agent trustee or security agent or as a co-Security Agent trustee or co-security agent jointly with it (i) if it considers that appointment to be in the interests of the Secured Parties appropriate or (ii) for the purposes of conforming to any legal requirements, restrictions or conditions which the Security Agent deems to be relevant or (iii) for obtaining or enforcing any judgment in any jurisdiction, and the Security Agent shall give prior notice to the Company Parent, the Agent and the Agent Hedge Counterparties of that appointment.
