ADDITIONAL SECTIONS. Each of the following provisions, which constitutes part of this Sixth Supplemental Indenture, is numbered to conform with the format of the Indenture:

Any additional sections must conform to the basic principles of the Plan and must not enlarge to the benefit of Participants the limits in the Rules.
