Additional Representatives. The Authority will pay five (5) employees designated by the Union at the specialist rate of pay for a maximum of forty-four (44) hours per week to perform work on grievances, health and safety and/or other labor management issues. These employees will be released full-time to perform this work and will report to the Union. These employees shall be entitled to benefits in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and will submit weekly time sheets to the Chief Labor Relations Officer on a weekly basis. The foregoing provision regarding the abolishment of the ARC Committees and creation of the five new positions shall cover jointly all three divisions of the Authority represented by Local 234 (CTD, Frontier and Victory).
