Common use of Additional Records Clause in Contracts

Additional Records. Within a reasonable time (but not more than 45 days) after Closing, Seller will provide to Buyer copies of books, records or other documents, if any, which were not exclusively related to the Business but which are necessary for the operation of the Business. Seller and its Affiliates may redact from such copies any information that does not relate to the Business, and Buyer will have the right to use such copies only in connection with its operation and ownership of the Business and its marketing and sale of the Products.
