Common use of Additional Purchasers Clause in Contracts

Additional Purchasers. Persons or entities that, after the date hereof, purchase Series C-2 Preferred Stock pursuant to the Stock Purchase Agreement and become “Additional Purchasers” thereunder may, with the prior written approval of the Company (but without the need for approval by any other party to this Agreement), become parties to this Agreement by executing and delivering a counterpart signature page hereto, whereupon they shall be deemed “Investors”, “Series C-2 Purchasers” and/or “Stockholders” for all purposes of this Agreement.
