Purchases of additional usage and/or capacity will be exercised by sending a purchase order or written notice to Pegasystems in accordance with Section 7. The term for any additional usage and/or capacity purchased will be co-terminus with the Term of this Schedule. The terms of the Agreement will govern any purchase order, and any terms that may be printed on the purchase order will be of no force and effect.
