ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS REGARDING ASSIGNMENT/SUBLEASE. This section includes provisions that modify and/or supplement the provisions of Paragraph 12 of the Lease concerning the assignment and subletting of the Premises. Except as expressly set forth in subsections 11.1 to 11.3 of this Addendum, the provisions of Paragraph 12 of the Lease shall be enforced in accordance with their terms.
