Common use of Additional Projects Clause in Contracts

Additional Projects. Where the District wishes to add projects as provided in this Section 3.2, it may do so by submitting a written change order outlining (1) how much in funds it has available for the additional work, and (2) a description of the work, including the route, beginning and ending termini, and a detailed description of the type of work required. The County may, in its sole discretion, accept or reject the change order. The District shall be liable for all increases in cost, if any, which may be incurred by additions to the District's Projects.
