Additional Program Requirements. If individuals are removed from the apprentice program for any reason, they will not be allowed to bid on job vacancies in that craft area for a period of 4 years from the date of removal from the apprentice program. Further, upon successful completion of the apprentice program, the Journeyperson may not bid out of the craft area for a period of 2 years from the date they are advanced to Journeyperson. Individuals that are presently enrolled in an apprentice program may not bid on any other apprentice job vacancy. Apprentices may not bid on Journeyperson positions in the area of their apprenticeship.
