Common use of Additional Professional Services Clause in Contracts

Additional Professional Services. Customer may engage Nuggets to perform the Additional Professional Services described in the Order Form. During the Term, if Customer wishes to en- gage Nuggets to perform additional professional services beyond those described in the Order Form, the Parties will enter into a separate, statements of work that specify: (a) the specific professional services to be furnished by Nuggets, including a description of features, function- ality, deliverables and specifications; (b) the schedule and/or milestones; (c) applicable fees and payment terms; and (d) any other applicable terms and conditions.
