Additional Product Discount. Each [**] during the Term, Customer shall be eligible to receive an additional discount off of the Purchase Price of all Monthly Dialysis Supplies purchased by Customer and the Authorized Customer Locations each such [**] (the “Additional Discount”), which Additional Discount will be equal to the discount percentage set forth opposite the tier of the Active NxStage Home Patient Census (as defined below) achieved by Customer and the Authorized Customer Locations as set forth in the table below as of the last day of the immediately preceding [**].
