Common use of Additional Preparation Clause in Contracts

Additional Preparation. When more than one person qualifies for a particular position under the above criteria, the position will be offered to the person who has achieved the greatest number of quarter hours of college credit beyond the bachelor's degree. In a case of a tie in number of credit hours, the position will be offered to the person with the higher graduate degree, i.e., M.A./M.Ed., Ph.D./Ed.D.
