Common use of ADDITIONAL PRACTICES Clause in Contracts

ADDITIONAL PRACTICES. Manager may, in its discretion, seek to add additional practices (each such practice being an “Additional Practice”) to this Agreement. If Manager desires to add an Additional Practice, Manager shall provide the Practice with a business analysis of the Additional Practice, including business operations, financial condition and results of operations. The decision to admit an Additional Practice shall be made in consultation with the Laboratory Director.
