ADDITIONAL PRACTICES Sample Clauses
The "Additional Practices" clause defines the right or obligation of one or both parties to implement or adhere to practices beyond those explicitly stated elsewhere in the agreement. This may involve following industry standards, adopting new procedures as they become relevant, or complying with updated regulations that arise during the contract term. The core function of this clause is to provide flexibility and ensure that the parties remain compliant with evolving best practices or legal requirements, thereby reducing the risk of non-compliance or outdated operations.
ADDITIONAL PRACTICES. AmeriPath may, in its discretion, seek to add additional practices (each such Practice being an "Additional Practice") to this Agreement. If AmeriPath desires to add an Additional Practice, AmeriPath shall provide the Practice with a business analysis of the Additional Practice, including business operations, financial condition and results of operations. The decision to admit an Additional Practice shall be subject to the approval of the Managing Director, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. After an agreement to add an Additional Practice has been reached, the Practice and AmeriPath shall enter into an amendment (the "New Practice Amendment") to this Agreement. The New Practice Amendment shall include the understanding of the parties with respect to AmeriPath's compensation and other issues agreed upon by the Board and the Additional Practice. The New Practice Amendment shall obligate the Additional Practice to be bound by the New Practice Amendment.
