Additional pollution liability costs and expenses. 4.2.1 Following any event which is or may be the subject of indemnity under this insured section the insurer agrees to indemnify the insured for costs and expenses which are payable in addition to the limit of indemnity, incurred in respect of any insured event under this insured section.
