Common use of Additional Persons Clause in Contracts

Additional Persons. Any Person who is a transferee, successor or assignee of any Registrable Securities may be added to and be bound by the obligations of and receive the benefits afforded by this Agreement upon the signing and delivery to the Company of a Joinder Agreement. Any such Persons who shall execute a Joinder Agreement shall, by virtue of the execution of a Joinder Agreement, be deemed an Investor under this Agreement, and no action or consent by the other parties to this Agreement shall be required for such joinder to this Agreement by such Person.
