Additional Persons Bound Hereby. Each Parity Lien Secured Party (other than the Parity Lien Representative) and each holder of any Parity Lien Debt (other than the Parity Lien Representative) agrees, by virtue of becoming a Parity Lien Secured Party or a holder of any Parity Lien Debt, as applicable, that it shall be bound by the terms of this Agreement as if it were a party hereto.
