ADDITIONAL ORTHODONTISTS. The Orthodontic Entity and Orthodontist shall require, as a condition to an additional orthodontist becoming a shareholder of the Orthodontic Entity, that such shareholder execute an agreement in form and substance similar to this Agreement or become a party to this Agreement by amendment hereto.
