ADDITIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. Each Party may invite additional organizations within its country to participate in cooperative activities under this Implementing Agreement, at the relevant organization's own expense and subject to such other terms and conditions as the Parties may specify.

ADDITIONAL ORGANIZATIONS. The Parties may invite additional organizations within their own countries to participate, at their own expenses and subject to such terms and conditions as the Parties may specify, in cooperative activities under this Agreement. Such organizations may become signatories to this Agreement upon agreement of all the Parties in writing. Each such additional signatory will sign and date a signature page which shall be attached to this Agreement as an amendment.

  • Professional Organizations During the Term, Executive shall be reimbursed by the Company for the annual dues payable for membership in professional societies associated with subject matter related to the Company's interests. New memberships for which reimbursement will be sought shall be approved by the Company in advance.

  • Foreign Terrorist Organizations Contractor represents and warrants that it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization, as prohibited by Section 2252.152 of the Texas Government Code.

  • Intergovernmental Organizations As instructed from time to time by ICANN, Registry Operator will implement the protections mechanism determined by the ICANN Board of Directors relating to the protection of identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations. A list of reserved names for this Section 6 is available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved. Additional names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Any such protected identifiers for Intergovernmental Organizations may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such protected identifiers shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.   • Certification Regarding Business with Certain Countries and Organizations Pursuant to Subchapter F, Chapter 2252, Texas Government Code, PROVIDER certifies it is not engaged in business with Iran, Sudan, or a foreign terrorist organization. PROVIDER acknowledges this Purchase Order may be terminated if this certification is or becomes inaccurate.

  • Project Organization Chart As part of the Mini-Bid, the Authorized User may require the Contractor to develop and submit a proposed project organization chart. The project organization chart should identify all the proposed key personnel of each team component and how the team will be managed. If required, the project organization chart must include both Contractor and State staff roles as identified in the Mini-Bid.

  • Technical and Organizational Measures The following sections define SAP’s current technical and organizational measures. SAP may change these at any time without notice so long as it maintains a comparable or better level of security. (A company that the U.S. Government affirmatively declares to be excluded from its federal sanctions regime relating to Sudan, Iran, or any federal sanctions regime relating to a foreign terrorist organization is not subject to the contract prohibition.)
