Additional Obligors. (a) The Company shall, by not less than ten (10) Business Days' prior written notice to the Facility Agent, notify the Facility Agent (which shall promptly notify the Lenders) of its intention to request that one of its Subsidiaries becomes an Additional Obligor pursuant to clause 29 (Changes to the Obligors).
