Additional Obligations of the Business Associate a. Business Associate shall submit a written report to the Covered Entity that identifies the files and reports that constitute the Designated Record Set of the Covered Entity. Business Associate shall submit said written report to the Privacy Officer no later than thirty (30) days after the commencement of the HIPAA Compliance Clause. In the event that Business Associate utilizes new files or reports which constitute the Designated Record Set, Business Associate shall notify the Covered Entity of said event within thirty (30) days of the commencement of the file’s or report’s usage.
