Additional Loading Facilities. A new coal loading facility may only be considered for addition to the above listed loading facilities if the loading facility itself, or the new Rail Infrastructure that will connect the loading facility to the existing Rail Infrastructure, will connect to the existing Rail Infrastructure at a point on the corridor between Annandale and Moura Mine or to any of the branch lines to any Nominated Loading Facility.
