Common use of Additional Licensing Clause in Contracts

Additional Licensing. A Licensee will be required to follow any and ALL REQUIREMENTS of the MN State Electrical Code , along with all requirements of the State/County Health Dept . in regards to serving/selling of any food products at the Fairgrounds. Additional fire extinguishers for all food stands and special displays must be present as required by the Fire ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. ** Any City/State permits/licenses required will be the responsibility of the Licensee. No mechanical/carnival rides will be allowed to operate on the Fairgrounds without written permission from the Anoka County Fair Board.
