Additional Liability. The indemnity and contribution agreements contained in this Article V will be in addition to any Liability which any Indemnifying Party may otherwise have to any Indemnified Party referred to above. Each Purchaser Indemnitee’s obligations to contribute pursuant to this Article V are not joint but are several in the proportion that the number of share of Common Stock sold by such Purchaser Indemnitee bears to the number of share of Common Stock sold by all Purchaser Indemnities.
