Additional Interest Rate Sample Clauses

Additional Interest Rate. Notwithstanding anything in the Credit Agreement to the contrary, during the Waiver Period, (i) the Loans shall bear interest at a rate per annum equal to 2% (the “Additional Interest Rate”) plus the rate otherwise applicable to such Loan as provided in Section 2.13(a) or (b) of the Credit Agreement; provided that half of the interest payable at the Additional Interest Rate (the “Additional Interest”) shall be payable as PIK Interest and half of the interest payable at the Additional Interest Rate shall be payable in cash and (ii) Additional Interest shall be payable in arrears on the last Business Day of each month which shall constitute an Interest Payment Date solely for the payment of the Additional Interest.
Additional Interest Rate. For delayed payments of principal and/or interest, the Bank will notify the Borrower and charge interest in arrears at 5% above the 30 day LIBOR rate in the relevant currency fixed at 11.00 London time on the first Business Day following the occurrence of such delay, calculated on the amount outstanding as from the respective maturity date until receipt of the amount outstanding.
Additional Interest Rate. Upon the second extension of the Maturity Date, the interest rate on the Notes shall accrue at an additional 3.00% per annum.
Additional Interest Rate. The “Additional Interest Rate” shall be an aggregate of sixteen percent (16%) per annum. The principal balance outstanding hereunder from time to time shall bear interest at the Additional Interest Rate from the date of the occurrence of an Event of Default (as hereinafter defined) hereunder until the earlier of: (a) the date on which the principal balance outstanding hereunder, together with all accrued interest and other amounts payable hereunder, are paid in full; (b) the date on which such Event of Default is timely cured; or (c) September 2, 2009.
