ADDITIONAL INSPECTIONS; REPORTS. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Loan Agreement to the contrary, if for any reason whatsoever Lender suspects that any conditions exist or may exist at any Property which might have a Material Adverse Effect, Lender shall have the right, at the Borrowers' sole reasonable cost and expense, to cause such inspections and reports to be prepared and performed with respect to any Property as Lender shall reasonably determine.
