Additional Hosting Terms. In addition to other terms herein (including Section 10 and all of this Section 11) that would be applicable to hosting, infrastructure, other “as a service” delivery models, or other similar services, and solely to the extent Vendor stores, retains, or otherwise maintains Customer Data on a Governmental Entity’s behalf, the following shall apply:
