Common use of Additional Guidelines Clause in Contracts

Additional Guidelines. Company reserves the right to establish or modify its Service offerings, general practices and limits concerning use of the Service, and if applicable provide alternative Service offerings and practices, with approximately thirty (30) days’ prior notice. Company also reserves the right to block IP addresses originating a Denial of Service (DoS) attack. Company shall notify Subscriber should this condition exist and inform Subscriber of its action. Once blocked, an IP address shall not be able to access the Service and the block may be removed once Company is satisfied corrective action has taken place to resolve the issue.
