ADDITIONAL GOODS AND SERVICES. If, in the satisfaction of governmental interests it is necessary to purchase additional Goods and Services from Contractor, additional Goods and Services may be added to this Agreement by mutual agreement of the Parties in accordance with Chapter 21 of the San Francisco Administrative Code.
