Common use of Additional Funds Clause in Contracts

Additional Funds. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as Transfer Agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Trust Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, Shares in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule A, A with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as Transfer Agent transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Fund Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Trust Fund establishes one or more series of Shares, in addition to those listed on the attached Schedule ASchedules A-1 and A-2, with respect to which it desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as Transfer Agent transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Fund Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Trust establishes one or more series of Shares, Shares in addition to those the Funds listed on the attached Schedule A, with respect to which it the Trust desires to have the Transfer Agent render services as Transfer Agent transfer agent under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Transfer Agent in writing, and if the Transfer Agent agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Fund hereunder.
