Common use of Additional Funds Clause in Contracts

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Institutional Cash Fund [and Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Prime Fund] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Merrxxx Xxxcx Xxxernational Index Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________the Conservative Portfolio, Balanced Portfolio, Growth Portfolio and International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________New England Equity Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares in addition to ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, the such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________PaineWebber S & P 500 Index Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx International Fund and Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Emerging Markets Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares in addition to ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian Custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________the Initial Portfolios with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Xxxx Xxxxx Opportunity Trust with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________The Seven Seas Series Money Market Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of capital stock other than the Shares in addition to ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more additional series of beneficial interest other than the Shares in addition to ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Global Fixed Income Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________State Street Capital Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________the Government Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________State Street Investment Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________with Legg Mason Market Neutrxx Xrxxx xith respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Xxxxxxx Domestic All-Cap Equity Fund and Xxxxxxx Select Bond Fund, with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________with Kemper U.S Growth and Income Funx xxxx respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________the Alliance Capital Reserves and the Alliance Money Reserves with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________the Stock Index Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________XXXXX FARGO SIFE SPECIALIZED FINANCIAL SERVICES FUND with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Landmark Equity Fund and Landmark Small Cap Equity Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________the Permanent Portfolio and the Treasury Xxxx Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxx Global Equity Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________The Masters’ Select Equity Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Xxxxxx Xxxxx World Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________International Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________the Companion Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________the Xxxxxxx Xxxxx Institutional Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Xxxx Xxxxx Global Government Trust with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Artisan Small-Cap Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to [___________________________________] with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Scudder Money Market Series with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian havx xxx Xustodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________The Government Portfolio and The Diversified Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________those listed on Appendix A with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian Custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Xxxxxxxxx & Xxxxxx Socially Responsive Trust with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder. The Custodian shall not unreasonably withhold approval of such new series.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Xxxxxx Large Company Growth Fund, Xxxxxx Research Fund, and Xxxxxx Small Cap Value+Growth Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Government Securities Portolio and Money Market Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Total Return Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________Government Securities Portolio and Treasury Portfolio with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more series of Shares in addition to ___________________________________the Landmark U.S. Government Income Fund with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such series of Shares shall become a Portfolio hereunder.

Additional Funds. In the event that the Fund establishes one or more an additional series of shares other than the Shares in addition to ___________________________________with respect to which it desires to have the Custodian render services as custodian under the terms hereof, it shall so notify the Custodian in writing, and if the Custodian agrees in writing to provide such services, such additional series of Shares shares shall become a Portfolio Fund hereunder.
