Additional Funds or Classes of Shares. In the event that a Fund establishes one or more series or classes of shares after the Agreement Effective Date, each such series or class of shares shall become, at the discretion of the Fund and Ultimus, a Fund or class of shares of a Fund (as applicable) under this Agreement and shall be added to this Agreement as appropriate.
