Common use of Additional Funds and Accounts Clause in Contracts

Additional Funds and Accounts. Upon payment of its additional reasonable costs and expenses, if any, the Trustee may create additional Funds and Accounts or subaccounts within any Fund or Account established by this Master Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture if HRTAC so directs in a Supplemental Indenture or the Trustee deems such additional Funds, Accounts or subaccounts to be necessary for the proper administration of the various Funds and Accounts. The Trustee shall make transfers to or from such Funds, Accounts or subaccounts so long as required transfers can be made consistently with the provisions of this Master Indenture or any Supplemental Indenture.
