Common use of Additional Financing Statements; Performance by Administrator Clause in Contracts

Additional Financing Statements; Performance by Administrator. Seller hereby authorizes the Administrator or its designee to file one or more financing or continuation statements, and amendments thereto and assignments thereof, relative to all or any of the Pool Assets now existing or hereafter arising in the name of Seller. If Seller fails to perform any of its agreements or obligations under this Agreement, the Administrator or its designee may (but shall not be required to) itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement or obligation, and the reasonable expenses of the Administrator or its designee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by Seller as provided in Section 14.05.
