Additional Financing Statements; Performance by Administrative Agent. Each Seller Party hereby authorizes the Administrative Agent, on behalf of the Secured Parties, or its designee, to file one or more financing or continuation statements, and amendments thereto and assignments thereof, relative to all or any of the Pool Receivables and the Related Assets now existing or hereafter arising in the name of any Seller Party, which financing statements filed against the Seller may describe the collateral covered thereby as “all assets of the Seller,” “all personal property of the Seller” or words of similar effect. If any Seller Party fails to perform any of its agreements or obligations under this Agreement, the Administrative Agent or its designee may (but shall not be required to) itself perform, or cause performance of, such agreement or obligation, and the reasonable expenses of the Administrative Agent or its designee incurred in connection therewith shall be payable by the Seller Parties as provided in Section 14.5.
