Common use of Additional Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Additional Financial Statements. Seller shall promptly furnish to Buyer a copy of all Financial Statements for each additional month-end period beyond the Balance Sheet Date as soon as same is regularly prepared by Seller in the Ordinary Course of Business. All such additional Financial Statements shall be subject to the same representations and warranties as contained in Section 3.23

Additional Financial Statements. Seller shall promptly furnish to Buyer a copy of all Financial Statements for each additional month-end period beyond the Balance Sheet Date July 31, 1997 as soon as same is regularly prepared by Seller in the Ordinary Course of Business. All such additional Financial Statements shall be subject to the same representations and warranties as contained in Section 3.233.26

All such additional Financial Statements shall be subject to the same representations and warranties as contained in Section 3.233.26

Seller shall promptly furnish to Buyer a copy of all Financial Statements unaudited financial statements for each additional month-month end period beyond the Balance Sheet Date May 31, 1997 as soon as same is regularly prepared by Seller in the Ordinary Course ordinary course of Businessits business. All such additional Financial Statements financial statements shall be subject to the same representations and warranties as contained in Section 3.233.14
