If material is being exported from or imported into the U.S., additional packing and paperwork labeling may be required to comply with export/import control requirements (refer to the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations and/or Export Administration Regulations, as applicable) as well as duty-free entry requirements, if applicable (refer to the Part III Duty-free Entry clause contained herein).
