Additional Duties and Responsibilities of Design Builder. 8.1 Design/Builder to Perform All Design Services and Work Required by the Contract. The intent of the Contract is to require complete, correct and timely execution of the Design Services and the Work. Any and all Design Services and Work that may be required, reasonably implied or reasonably inferred by the Contract, or any part of it, as necessary to fully comply with the Contract and produce the intended result, or as otherwise indicated by Owner as of the effective date of this Agreement consistent with the attachments to this Agreement described in Paragraph 1.2, shall be provided by Design/Builder without increase to the Fixed Contract Price.
